Room 316 is located on the east side of the building past the entrance to the House viewing gallery on the third floor.

If you enter the Capitol through the main steps from the south Mall, the State Office Building is located to your left (West) and the Judiciary Building is located to your right (East). 

Enter the main doors at the top of the stairs from the Mall and turn right for the elevators, or turn right and then walk to the back of the Capitol to find the white marble steps to the third floor.

Room 316 is located in the northeast corner of the building.
