GOVERNOR WALZ ISSUES  EXECUTIVE ORDER TO EXTEND DISTANCE LEARNING THROUGH THE END OF THE 2019-2020 SCHOOL YEAR

Governor Walz has issued Executive Order 20-41 extending the Distance Learning Period for the rest of the 2019-20 school year.

MDE SCHOOL GUIDANCE

The Minnesota Department of Education has posted School Distance Learning Guidance for Public School Districts and Charter Schools on its website.

AMSD 2020 Survey: PRIORITIES FOR COVID-19 RELIEF FUNDING
In May, 2020, AMSD conducted a survey of its members to ascertain the needs of our school districts in a distance learning environment and their priorities for the allocation of federal and state funding related to COVID-19 support.
