Budget Negotiations Wrapping Up

We are hearing that the negotiations on the education bill wrapped up at 3:00 AM.   We still have no idea what is in the bill.  The bill is being drafted by the Revisor’s staff and will be posted online later this morning.  It is still possible that the special session could begin today – no official word yet.  The budget bills are being posted here as they are completed:
