Shutdown Begins
As you know by now, the Governor and legislative leaders did not reach a budget agreement and state government has shutdown pursuant to the court order. I am attaching some of the offers that were exchanged last night. Special Master Hearing
Attorneys for the Intermediate School Districts and MSBA will appear before the Special Master at 4:20 today to make the case for the continuation of special education funding – I am attaching a copy of the petition filed by the Intermediate Districts.
