Session Summaries Available
The MDE has posted summaries of education related legislation on their web site. The summaries have been updated since the presentation at the May AMSD Board of Directors meeting by Tom Melcher and Chas Anderson.

New Minnesota Miracle Bill
The House K-12 Finance Committee has held three hearings on HF 4178, the New Minnesota Miracle legislation that contains many of the recommendations developed by the P.S. Minnesota coalition. I am attaching a Power Point presentation that House staff has used to describe the legislation. The presentation also includes a brief recap of the 2008 legislative session.
