St. Paul, Minnesota (651) 999-7325 From Northbound and Southbound 35W: Take the Cleveland Ave. S. exit to Larpenteur Ave. Turn left onto Larpenteur, continue east four-tenths of a mile. Turn right into the parking lot just after the entrance to the State Fair grounds (you will see a large garage on the premises). There is limited parking in the front of the building or you can park in the lots west of the garage or on the south side of the main building. From the parking lots you can enter the building at the TIES Training Center through the west entrance or through the main doors on Snelling Avenue. From Interstate 94: Take Snelling Ave. northbound to Hoyt Ave. Turn left onto Hoyt and take an immediate right onto the Snelling Ave. frontage road. Continue north one block to the TIES building. The entrance to the parking lots is on the left just beyond the stop sign. There is limited parking in the front of the building or you can drive to parking lots west of the garage or on the south side of the main building. From the parking lots you can enter the building at the TIES Training Center through the west entrance.
