Fourteen AMSD Districts Pass Referendums

SAINT PAUL — Congratulations to the 14 AMSD member school districts who passed referendum questions Nov. 4. Education funding in Minnesota has long been a State and local partnership—and voters showed their support for strong public schools and vibrant communities on this Election Day.

AMSD celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2024. AMSD is an education organization representing 49 greater metropolitan area and regional center school districts and 6 intermediate/cooperative districts that collectively enroll more than half of all public school students in Minnesota. The mission of AMSD is to advocate for member school districts so they can lead the transformation of public education.
